Epsom husband mr bullen, 43, is seeking answers and has even contacted police as he hunts for his missing items.

"Where possibly, we ask patients and themselves not to bring valuables or large amounts of money into our hospitals, and would encourage relatives and next of kin to take such items home if a patient has been admitted with them in their person.
"Nevertheless, we have a duty to provide safe keeping for money, valuables and other personal property belonging to patients who cannot be held accountable, such as the subconscious or confused.
